Before becoming an agent, I worked in underwriting, which gave me a strong understanding of the insurance industry and how to properly help customers protect what matters most.I’m a second-generation State Farm agent and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Finance. Insurance has been a big part of my family and professional life, and I take pride in continuing that legacy through our agency. I’m also an active member of the La Crosse Downtown Rotary, where I’ve been involved since 2005. Staying connected with the community and giving back through local organizations is something that’s very important to me.We offer a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.   • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
